IT managers know they have to improve their organization’s enterprise search. A survey by AIIM (www.aiim.org), “Findability: The Art and Science of Making Content Easy to Find,” showed that nearly half of those surveyed believe better access to information is critical yet had no formal strategy to improve retrieval.
