The Bezirksregierung Düsseldorf has been adopted in a sense by the United States I feel if under public control, perhaps it would make for a less onourus environment. Deletion of the garbage on a regular routine makes finding the usefull material more available. Many haxorz are targeting the distastefull and criminal sites as a form of target practice, a clear example of the preventative recourses allready in place. The government tries, allways, to revoke civilian control of all sociologic goups in order to minimalize the danger. This activity is in no way meant to aid in the common goal of ridding the world of trash content, but to instill a centralized theme of control. Thus making it much more onourus and opressive..
